Oven Roasted Red Potatoes w/ Rusty's Rib Rub |
Ingredients:
Cut washed potatoes into pieces and place in gallon ziplock (about 2/3 full). Add 2 tbl. Olive Oil and 2-3 tbl. Rusty's Rib Rub . Seal the bag and check it again then roll and tumble the bag to coat all potato surfaces with oil and rub. Better to do this is 2 batches rather than fill the bag too full, take my word... Place the tumbled potatoes in a covered roasting pan or foil pack for 45 min, to 1 hr. Top at the table w/ sour cream or drizzle with Honey Mustard Sauce... mmmm... and Thanks from 3 Sisters Ranch. |
